My MRI revealed a potentially debilitating lateral meniscus tear in my right knee. I was 38 at the time and not a prime candidate for a repair. Having it removed was not something I was remotely interested in either. Despite the injury, I still had plans for riding and racing my bicycle. As a vital member of our patient care team our Clinical Assistants provide support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based in Gas City; may occasionally travel to satellite clinics for training. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant, Pharmacy Tech or Athletic Trainer preferred. F ull-time, 3 days per week 7am to 7pm/clinic close with a rotating Saturday at our main office or Dupont clinic every six weeks.
