Overall

You won't see us at our next appointment, because we will not be returning. It was - simply - quite uncomfortable there. My Wife and I felt that there was little, if any, love/care/kindness given to our kittens during their examination... and that the advice was rather... cookie cutter - for lack of better words. We found that advice on Google. We just needed some cold medicine for them - not cold service and rebuttals to bring in more revenue. Thank goodness we have insurance.
