The movie theater in Perry changed hands in April 2012. The web site is now www.Perry3.org The new owner and his wife did a huge amount of work on the place; upgraded the sound system, removed the smelly carpet, renovated the lobby and concession area, installed a ticket window, etc. Before the ownership change you had to bring cash as it was not set up with computers or credit card machines. That has all changed. The new owner added to the concessions Pizza, Soft Pretzels, Soft Serv Ice cream and milk shakes. They also cleaned out the big activity room to hold various entertainment functions, (the HUB). The place now looks and feels like a movie theater. Nice little place with 3 screens. ** This quaint theater is a little hard to find (behind a shopping plaza / Jin Jin's Restaurant). Tickets and concessions are still very reasonably priced.

The theatre itself is a little run down but the seats are comfy and the prices are low. The snacks are reasonable and there are free one time refills on popcorn and soda. They have all the newest movies and the sound and picture are good. If you're looking for fancy, this is not your place but if you just want a pleasant affordable night out then this place is for you.
