This company deserves rave reviews! They were super friendly on the phone, very flexible with my work schedule and managed to work with me so I could be there at the time of the inspection. Their inspection report blew me away! They had photos with arrows pointing to what they found wrong which helped us point out what needed to be fixed by the seller prior to closing. We got our report quickly and we were very pleased with the service we received for such a reasonable amount of money. Steve was our inspector and I highly recommend requesting him, he's great!
