        Not enough nurses on staff to supervise patients smelling of urine in building wall paper in patient room have mold maintenance guys tend to patient when nurses outta sight nurses had to help serve food call lights always on if you have loved one there transfer & do not send loved one there smelling of cigarettes on property

        HCR Manor Care is the worst place you could ever decide to put your loved one. During my mothers stay there we encountered the most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. This was a nightmare from the moment we stepped in the door with her. There is way too much for me to type in this review; however we ended up having to move her to another facility after the nursing staff caused her to be hospitalized because of a gross imbalance of her meds. After my mothers passing recently I had to deal with some leftover paper work with the facility and not one staff member from HCR or Riverview Manor Care where we moved her to offered one word of condolence for her passing. Their only interest was getting the co-pays taken care of no more, no less. Shameful...
