Staff not friendly when dropping off and picking up pets. They act put out by questions . When I picked my pets up they were matted with urine and I was given there dog toys back that also smelled strongly of urine. I cannot imagine running a kennel where the customers are paying over 40 dollars a day and not bothering to clean the dogs up. The dogs would not be matted with urine if they were well cared for. I will never use this facility again. It sounds good on the ad, but don't believe it!

LOVE IT!!! My dog loves to go to the kennel, he loves Ashley and the other staff there and is so excited to go! The atmosphere is very clean and pleasant and the staff is very friendly! After my first visit they remembered him for future visits which makes me very happy...i know that they board a lot of dogs regularly so the fact that they can remember mine is special. Luke is very playful so i love the fact that he has lots of room to run around and play! I wish that he could play with other dogs, but being around them at least helps him socially,

We have been taking our dog here for two years. The staff always remembers him and the most important thing is that he likes it there. When we drive up the road to the facility, he starts to get very excited and always runs straight to the door waiting to get in. Its quite a bit pricier than some of the other boarding facilities in town, but we havent been able to find any facilities in town that even come close.

Got back from a trip early and called to say I'd pick up early. No answer so I left message. Got there 30 minutes later and was told that they were too busy to answer the phone and that the next time I got home early, they'd charge me the next day. Dog smelled like a barn.
