Bad Service

I have never in my live of 50 years have I had such bad service from a new car dealer, My 2012 Chrysler 300 failed to start 2 times, left me stranded, 3 warning lights came on the dash. In the dealer service dept for 3 days, I had no car to drive, left 3 messages, no one ever called me back to update me. Finally got a shuttle ride back to dealer & they said they couldn't find anything wrong & handed me the keys! Don't (ever) consider buying a car from them! 100% true story. PS, the shuttle ride was fine.

BUYER BEWARE!! Don't use their website!!

Worse customer service EVER! We spent all weekend car shopping. Did thorough research on the make and model we wanted before going out. When we got to Moore the salesman came out like he had no interest in even helping us from the beginning. We test drove the vehicle..quite a few problems with a already detailed and serviced vehicle including a non working seat belt latch. The vehicle didn't even have all of the STANDARD features because it was a wholesale car. This didn't seem like a big deal to the salesman. When we went in to talk we filled out the app and after he comes back he quotes us a payment $200 MORE than any other place we had visited. Wouldn't quote with the actual price advertised they did it for $23,000 when we were quoted $22,000 when communicating over the phone and email. Kept asking for more $ down...all they wanted was our cash and wouldn't budge until they got it....and we didn't budge either! BEWARE: My husband is a software engineer and when looking to fill out the online application found out that their site IS NOT SECURE! So when you submit all of your info including your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER you could be giving it out to the world to steal your info. When we told the salesman he shrugged it off like it's not a big deal, IT IS!!! Regardless if you decide to buy from them DO NOT FILL OUT A ONLINE APPLICATION THROUGH THEIR SITE!! The whole scenario was too fishy for us and left later than we should have!

Thanks Moore!

Had a very nice (for once!) car buying experience with salesman, Marty. Went in on a whim and really had not planned to buy that day! However, I found a car I liked and the rest is history. When it looked like we might not get the deal done, Marty went out of his way to try to find a good solution for me and my needs. I ended up with a very nice Subaru -- very happy, love the car and really appreciate Marty's customer service!

new car purchase

Over a month ago I took a friend of mine to this dealership to have them purchase a new car. The salesman was very helpful and we found a Jeep that she liked at a price that was in her range, I asked the salesman if I could get a referral fee for bringing her here instead of Avondale Jeep where I bought a Jeep. He said yes and I filled out the proper paper work. As of 12/4/2012 I still have not received the money and when I went to talk to the salesman on Saturday, 12/1/2012 he was not in. I talked to a Manager, Sean Griffin, and he looked up the records and said that indeed I was to get this money and was surprised it was not sent yet. I explained that I had the same problem with Avondale Jeep when another friend of mine and I bought a jeep there. I had to call and go back to Avondale Jeep numerous times before I finally got my money. Sean asked me if this was the first time I inquired about the money and I said yes. He said that Moore must be better because I only had to come in once not numerous times. I found this to be very rude on his part.

UNETHICAL

In March, 2011, Moore advertised 2010 Chrysler Town & Countrys for sale. A phone call to a salesman ascertained that these minivans were formerly Chrysler management vehicles and were being sold off. We purchased one and did not notice that the price on the sales agreement was $895.00 more than the advertised price until we got home. The sales manager refused to refund the overcharge, a registered letter to the President of the company had the same result as did complaints made through the B.B.B. and Arizona Attorney General s Office. Moore s sales manager claimed that this was a standard add ons charge but there were no add ons and in fact the minivan was missing the floor mats which are standard equipment on this model. After purchasing this vehicle it was discovered that it was actually a rental vehicle not a former Chrysler management vehicle. When negotiating a price for this minivan the sales manager assured us that the Chrysler warranty would be honored in Canada, on returning to Canada we found this to be untrue and as we had registered the vehicle in Canada the U.S. warranty was invalid. The moral of the story is - don t believe anything unless it is in writing and then be sure to read and understand every word before signing. Don t allow yourself fo be rushed, particularly if you are (like us) senior citizens.

This was one of the best new car purchases I have ever had. Sue in Jeep sales was great. It was an easy transaction without having to go back and forth to get the right deal on my new car. They also gave me a great price on my trade-in. I highly recommend taking to Sue at Moore Chrysler Jeep if you are looking to purchase a new Jeep or Chrysler.

WORST NIGHTMARE!

WORLDS WORST SHOP! Called the shop and decided to use them because they said they would allow me to make payments on my deductible. Shortly after having my car towed there they decided they would barely communicate with me or the insurance adjuster. After 31 days of calling them, I finally got a call saying they would have a quote for me "tomorrow", but ended up not calling me and just starting the work without my permission. After the work was complete I received a call from Kelly saying that they no longer could help me on my deductible and it was needed in full before I removed my car... I asked her to speak with a supervisor an I was told it wouldn't be possible until mid next week. By then I Hadn't had my car for 35 days and it was causing me to miss my classes at a university across town and work. So I was angry and called the Moore auto-complex main building and asked to speak with the general manager. A man named Steve the supposed "general manager" spoke to me, I told him the

WHAT A MESS

This place is nothing but a disorganized mess. I contacted them about a car on their web site on a Saturday afternoon. I ended up making an offer that was supposedly accepted. When I went to finish the transaction though, I was told that the sales manager was unavailable, and that I needed to call back on Monday. When I called back on Monday, I was informed that another salesman had sold the car to someone else that morning. In the end I am left thinking that one of two situations must have happened. They either got a better offer for the car and sold it despite a pending contract; or more likely they were too incompetent or lazy to bother to fill out any paperwork making it as sale pending. What ever it was, they obviously don’t care about their customers. They just want a quick buck without much work.

Awful customer service. I am thouroughly dissapointed. I would think twice before going here.

I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was purchased in Texas. I have had 3 bad experiences with the service department at Moore. The latest of which they called me for a recall on the car (seat warmers are recalled, as they have been catching fire). I made an appointment for them to fix the problem, which takes a whole day. They told me I would have a loaner to use but when I got there, they let me know that they do not give loaners for recalls. They had me call Chrysler directly at this point, who also noted that they do not give loaners for recalls and would not get involved at this point. The car is just now over 50,000 miles (a 2004) and I have had multiple problems as of late, which are just magnified by the fact that the dealership service is horrible. I love my Jeep, but would never buy a car here and will honestly think twice before buying a Jeep at all again. (sadly)
