wow im shocked reading these negative comments as my experience with chucks was totally different.with lousy credit chuck was the only one that would help me to get a car. he worked with me and i ended up with an acura. it didnt look so hot but hey i needed a car,,he assured me he would drive the car to california that day!! well mileage wise ive been to california over a dozen times on this car. and when i picked the car up it was beautifully detailed, i didnt recognize it !! the only minor trouble i had was fixed right away. when i lost my job and got behind they didnt charge me an arm and a leg for late fees. I cant talk good enough about chucks, and the office ladies , theyve always been kind to me. id say give him a try, theyve been there a long time and that says something good. when it comes to complaints the ones not satisfied will do a review, but seldom to the happy customers leave a review. you only hear the bad. im sure there are a lot more happy customers than not
GE Motors does not add $2000- $3000 to the value of the vehicle as the sale price like the other used car dealers around town and in this area do, making it easier and more affordable for the average person to buy a used vehicle and within the value of the vehicle itself. They are honest and upfront about the condition of the vehicle and will work with you on the price to make the sale within your agreeable limits and budget with no hidden fees, and are concerned about your happiness with the sale and the vehicle, and will also work with you to meet your availability. If there is something you want, they will help you find it. Andrei was very friendly and helpful.... I have bought a number of cars, both new and used. This time around had been the most frustrating until I found the car I bought from GE motors, which was purchased on a much needed basis, after looking for weeks, and this experience was truly a blessing for me. I will recommend to anyone looking for a used car.
I'm surprised at the low reviews as well. I enjoyed my experience with this company and would buy from them again. One of the reasons I felt good about using this company was their professional responses to internet complaints. Because they're small, they care about EVERY client's business, not just the high dollar ones. You won't find that at all our huge car dealerships in the area. Could only check out the car when my husband got off work and they were very flexible with us. When we decided we wanted to have a mechanic look at it before buying, Nathan was more than willing. I mean, the guy actually drove the car to the mechanic shop I chose since I couldn't do it myself! Stuart's Superior Transmission said he had worked with Nathan a couple times and he did honest business and is a good guy. Also, made me feel better that Nathan's dad, a pastor, is part owner of the business. Really is an informal, down-to-earth family shop.
