Waters Of Hadassah Salon And Day Spa

Seriously the worst acrylic job I.have ever seen, much less gotten. It was alll over the place. The nails were flat, jagged, and uneven. The underside is awful looking. I was cut TWICE by the file. It was also the most expensive...$44!!!! I will never return. Ever. Maybe the other nail tech is good, but the one I had is awful. I've spent days filing them down and the sides/top of them. Awwwwffullll. I've never left a negative review for anyone, but this was just unacceptable. I bet PSC cosmotology students could do better.

My wife and I purchased a groupon certificate for this salon. We were greeted with the friendliest staff. We were offered a beverage and asked to be seated. We only had about a 5 minute wait. I, myself, have not had many pedicures/manicures; however, my wife has and she said this was the best pedi/mani she has ever had. The staff was courteous, friendly and very professional. We live in Gulf Breeze and it was certainly worth the trip. Our next appointment has already been made. Way to go !!!

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I had to give 1 star because it's required.



I bought the Mani/Pedi Groupon a few weeks back and have been trying to call them for weeks to get an appointment. I left a few messages and nothing was returned. Being Thanksgiving week, I figured their hours were shortened, but I am moving out of the area on Black Friday and had to get this used so I don't waste my money. I tried calling again on Tuesday and was told to come in today (Wed.) at 2 pm, it was the only slot they had. I showed up at 1:55 and told them I was there for the 2:00 appointment. The nail ladies were next door and when the younger one came over she took the woman who was waiting next to me and then asked why I was there. Again, I said I had a 2:00 appt. for mani/pedi. She went next door and then next woman came in telling me she had no one scheduled for a 2 pm and her daughter was in town and she wasn't going to work anymore that day. I explained that I had been calling for weeks and I am moving from the area and was told 2 pm Wed. She proceeded to tell me, in the most unpleasant and unprofessional manner, that her daughter was in town and lost 2 kids this year and she didn't have time to work and had no appointment at 2. Then from the back of the room the younger nail lady was saying, there is no appointment listed here at 2, she isn't on the list...and then the hair dresser piped up saying I didn't have an appointment.

I asked who was working yesterday and the woman's response was, "all of us, but I don't answer the phone so it's not my fault."



I can understand a double booking and a miss communication among workers, but never in my life have I been so poorly and unprofessionally mistreated by a business. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I made time in my schedule on the day before Thanskgiving, when I am hosting a dinner, to use this groupon and have this appointment, only to be treated like garbage by 3 complete strangers. Waters of Hadassah strives for excellent customer service. In response to the review about the gift certificates, we always honor our gift certificates according to the rules stated on the certificate. On the half off certificates, it clearly states a $50 limit per day. This particular woman wanted to bring an entire party and use $150 in certificates. When explained the rules and she was clearly unhappy. We agreed to accept $100 in one day to accomodate her. When she was told the same thing by wear, they refunded her money.

This spa has horrible customer service!!! They were selling gift certificates and would not honor them. They called me 1 day before my daughter's birthday party and told me that I could not use them!! I would not go to this salon.

I must say, the atmosphere at waters of hadassah has drastically changed! It feels like a different salon when you walk in now, its always clean,in many different ways.Im a regular there and the salon is physically clean all the time now, and the language is now appropriate enough for me to bring my kids with me! I think that the decision to get rid of some people in there,or however their leaving came about, was the best thing for this salon.The guy that did my hair that left, always did a good job on my hair but because of the conversation that was always going on i decided to not go back to him.I am a regular to getting my brows waxed and facials done here and decided to try the woman that does hair there and it was the most pleasant experience and the hair was great, she took her time and did a great job. I will NOW suggest this salon to anyone I know!! Keep up the good work and stay positive with your heads held high!!

I came in for a pedi and was told that it would be 30 minutes before the girl showed up because she was driving into work I politely agreed to wait and asked if I could get a manicure while I waited. The lady told me she had a 9 o'clock and she couldn't do it...mind you it was 9:10 when I walked in. Her "9 o'clock" showed up at 9:30 and was immediately worked on. I waited 50 minutes before I decided to leave as I was pulling out of their parking lot, the stylist finally showed up....I have walked into before and had a haircut while the hairdresser was waiting on her client and she was awesome and so is the girl that does the eyebrow waxing...other than those two services...I will NOT return here for anything else!!!!

I think that is very funny that you are saying this about the salon and the staff at Waters Of Hadassah. I have been there since January and every client thats walks through the door is greated as soon as they walk in. As far as you not being able to get a haircut because of the staff working on each other is a flat out lie. Every employee at the salon would stop whatever they are doing and bend over backwards to make you happy. You just sound like a very crabby person and should take your attitude and business else where...im sure fantastic sams has an opening !!!

I went in to waters of hadassah and had my nails done with Stacey she did an amazing job ! I am very picky about who does my nails and how they are done and she did them perfectly ! I will recommend her to everyone I know and will continue to come back. I did want to add that while I was getting my nails done that I saw some of the most beautiful hair color come out of that place that I have ever seen in my life ! Ive now made appointments for my daughter and I to have ours done and cant wait !!

So from the outside i figured it was just going to be just a normal every 2 week getting my nails done experience, but it ended up being amazing and i ended up actually getting pampered all day! The owner is a very young girl,she is the sweetest most welcoming person ever ,we conversated while she did my nails and she made me feel right at home,then i had my hair done by michael,who does the most amazing hair ever!!!!!I I even got to enjoy a glass of wine. It was just an amazing experience and a nice get A way from home. Now,I recomend this place to everyone i know. THANK YOU STAFF OF WATERS OF HADASSAH,FOR MAKING ME LOOK AND FEEL BEAUTIFUL

I have been searching for a new stylist every since my hairdresser of 14 years burnt my hair with color. I had been reffered to a few different places and even at one salon was reffered over to Waters Of Hadassah by one of their employees so I went. I walked in and everybody was very warm and friendly except for the young skinny blonde nail tech, she looked like she had lost her best friend. Other than Miss Grumpy Pants the experience was great. The guy that did my hair did a great job, he even took the extra time to do some treatments and showed me how to style my hair. I would recomend the salon to anyone and I would recomend that the blond loose the attitude !!

I went in as a walk in for a hair cut in February and loved Lisa, my stylist. She gave me exactly what I was looking for and I couldn;t have been happier. A few weeks later I decided to try and get a full set of acrylics there as well since the hair side was such a great experience. It was a terrible job, the girl had to be asked twice to shorten the length and still she didn't, they looked sloppy and I was embarassed after I left. I would absolutley recommend Lisa for hair, but no other services there.
