Storage Stop

Love the place the Manager has always been very friendly and fair even if I have been late. Place is clean and I referred someone and they gave me a $10 credit on my monthly rent. I rented a second unit and they gave me a discount for having two units. Would recommend the nine mile location as it has climate controlled units as well as non climate. They also rent Budget trucks and if you rent a truck from that location they gave me a free hand truck and lowered the price. I posted this on the computer at the storage place and didn't realize it would use their email address. This is pweaving. Thanks

I have rented storage sheds before but never has anyone been so courteous when I needed help. It was late one night and I forgot my gate pass and I hesitated but I called the cell number that was listed in the office window and it was obvious I woke up the manager and she was so kind as to help me get in the gate. It is so clean and with all the security cameras I feel that my property is safe. I plan on being here for a while and this is the kind of place you can feel safe going to late at night. Very well lit and I must mention pricing is very reasonable. One more thing once you are in your rates are never increased like other places I have rented from.

This place is really clean. The landscaping always look nice and the units are clean. I really liked the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. You do not have to buy the insurance like other storage facilities and they do not go up on your rent if you are there more than a year. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is great. The staff is very pleasant and have never been rude to me. Honestly I have a hard time believing the story about them trying to charge for a copy of your lease. They gave me my copy when I rented from them and have never haggled me about being a couple days late here and there. As for the dumpsters, the sign says NOT for tenant use.

I am so glad that there was another person who thought this place sucked. Yes it is very poor management. Yes they will ripp you off every chance you get. They are two old hags that run the place and don't follow contracts. And they refuse to give you a copy of the contracts when you ask for it like it is a crime. I lost mine and I have been pulling teeth trying to get a full copy of the contract because they only gave me a partial one to begin with and they think it is a crime that I asked for one. Then they told me I could pay to get a copy of MY contract that I signed with MY signature. I have a righ to anything I sign. It's not a priviledge it is a RIGHT. They just know that they didn't follow it and I can call them out on it. And they beg for your money, but after it's one day late, once you try to give it to them they refuse to take it and then will auction your stuff off. The management are the rudest and other choice words people I have ever met.

Don't go here. The only reason I even picked one star is because it wouldn't let me submit a review without clicking a star.



And the other guy that rated this place is right. The trash dumbster said that the dumbster is for tenants use only but not to dump large material such as furniture, slats, hazardous stuff, etc. Their trash dumpster is going to get emptied twice a week regardless of if that guy pays them a fee or not. They are stupid.

******************************** WARNING ***********************This place will ripp you off every chance they get. Fee's for everything. There is no sign about putting trash in their dumpster. Matter of fact the sign that is there said to please dont dump anything out of the ordinary. Which we didn't do. Now they are telling us to come remove junk found with our trash and said if we didn't they are going to charge us and send it to collections. Very poor managment. Would not recomend to anyone.
