Ordered matching plant basket arrangements for the memorial service of a family member and was overwhelmed by how beautiful the flowers complimented the cremation urn. Also, ordered a separate live plant arrangement that was a lovely match to the plant baskets. Perfection!!

This florist is horrible. My husband ordered special flowers for our 15th anniversary. I received what looked like a funeral arrangement of lavender roses and white lilies with a bunch of green stuffed into a vase with very little arrangement, also attached was a tacky red ballon. My husband is out of town, so I asked him that evening about the flowers. He told me they should have been a beautiful selection of pink. The next morning I called the florist and spoke to the manager. She was very unapologetic. Two hours later the delivery van pulled up and requested the flowers saying they had refunded my husband's money and they were here to pick up the flowers. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. I don't recommend doing business with company!

I have been a customer for a long time. I needed something amazing. I went to Southern Gardens and asked the owner to help me out. She did an amazing job. The service was excellent, the price was right in line with what I would have expected from the quality of work and the delivery person was really nice to my wife. These flowers lasted ages. I couldn't have done better. WOW!!!! Thank you Ladies. Y'all were great!

I ordered from this florist due to the several good reviews. I place an order for an arrangement known as the Perfect Romance. This arrangement was described to include: red roses, pink Asiatic lilies, red tulips, burgundy snapdragon stems. What my significant other received was red roses, white Stargazer lilies, red tulips and white snapdragon stems. When I called to ask why they substituted half of the arrangement, I was told "if you want specific flowers in the bouquet, you should specify that at the time of ordering." I guess the term "arrangement" is taken rather loosely at Southern Gardens. They fail to see the problem with their attitude of throwing any flowers into a vase is "close enough." Poor customer service and complete disregard for the details of my order is why I will never be ordering from Southern Gardens. I suggest you demand professional results and take your business elsewhere as well.
