Red Lobster

Took the whole family out (all love seafood) ordered lobster. It came charred and I mean could not be eaten. Sent it back, then it came back with an Asst Manager who explained that we need to tell the cooks how to cook it because they do not know how to use the new cooking device (I think he called it a broiler but not 100% sure). We were in such shock that "we had to tell the cooks how to cook it" that we stopped in our tracks. Never offered a refund or apology for the problem with the food. Needless to say we have never gone back, if I wanted to tell someone how to cook something they should already know how to cook, I can do that at home. Buy it from a local seafood market and eat at home, not worth this mess.

I have been eating here for over 30 years and I think it's great.

Customer service could use an up lift for such a seemingly nice place to eat ....

RL's are a little pricey but well worth it. I have always had great service.
