One word comes to mind.OUTSTANDING!!! I recently purchased a 1990 Mazda Miata. It was in need of seats, a top(convertible), and carpet. I brought it to Penton's for an estimate. Went with them. Best choice in town. The finished work was superior!!! Courteous, friendly and VERY professional staff. These folks KNOW how to produce a satisfied customer. Any place else will just be second best. !!!!!

Thank you for this! Penton's Trim recovered my old pickup truck seat exactly like the factory did in 1974, I truly enjoyed my experience with Penton's . A breath of fresh air to do business with a locally owned and family operated company. This is my third time doing business with Mr Penton and staff, now I understand how they have survived and stayed in business for over 40 years. I highly recommend them as a ethical local business that does exceptional work.

Not happy when I was told it was ok to come right at five and doors are closed before five to go to all star game...per owner it was not a problem to pick it up and arrive and with attitude tells me to come back.. Great work on boat but poor customer service. Says what's needed to get business.

Highly recommended. Darren & his team went above & beyond and did an excellent job! Darren is a true Master of his craft. I often receive compliments on the work that I had done at Penton's Auto Trim. And if I ever need similar work done again I will surely return.

I would highly recommend not going to this place. They will not always give you what you ask for . I took some seats to be done white and he put a buckskin tan some leftover from somebody else's seats and put them on my seat. A color I didn't ask for and wouldn't work with me to get them right. Needless to say he made money off of scrap material . I recommend Johnson auto trim which is 2 buildings down. Penton is a scam and you will not be happy with the quality of work. Bad for business.

Darren was courteous and knows his business. However, had I known that they don't warranty their work I would have gone to the VW dealership. Would have cost me $25 more than the $250 I paid to have the rear window resealed. He told me there would be no problem since it hadn't shrunk any. My bad I should have asked about warranty. Bottom line....if they can't warranty their work are they really the place to go. I won't be back and I certainly won't recommend them!

I had some trim work done pm my Mustang GT. They were friendly, helpful, and they actually did what they said they would do. I will use them again.
