My husband and I just new to this area from TX. I were referred this dental office from our friend. We were booked the same time to get teeth clean with the same dentist. After cleaning, dentist came to exam me first. I told him that I have a TMJ problem and he said sorry we can not do anything about it and I am going to send you to somewhere to get better treatment. I'll see you next 6 months,OK bye. So I left.

Now is my husband turn, he told hygienist that he has one tooth which pre- dentist told him that has to be root canal done if it costs him a lot of pain. So he want his dentist take a look because that tooth really bothers him a lot. So hygienist wrote it done on the chart. Not for long dentist came and took a look the chart, then told my husband close and open his mouth, then told him everything is fine and I will see you next six month bye. You can see that how many words and time that he spent with us. My insurance I believe that pay a lot of money to dentist exam our teeth and he only spends not even 5 min with us. What's in a rush.

First of all. my husband is not a complainer and he is supper easy get along with anybody. When he complaint something to me, I always know that it should be unbearable. We decided not going back to this dental office ever again.
