Terrible. Went in for an eye exam for new glasses and contacts on 4/21/16 and made a follow up appointment for 4/28/16 and said that my glasses should be ready by that day. Then went to the follow up appointment to be told that the glasses weren't ready but they could ship them to me. The following Monday 5/2/16 I received a phone call saying my contacts were ready to be picked up and I asked when my glasses would be ready and they specifically told me by the latest Wednesday the 5/4/16. I also asked about them shipping it to me and they said that it would cost me $15 for them to be shipped to me. I called today the 5/5/16 and they said they couldn't give me an answer as to when they would be done even though they told me they would be ready by Wednesday. It has been two weeks since I ordered my glasses and I still have not yet received any information on when they will be ready. I do not recommend this office. There are other offices in the area that only take one day to be ready.

Very good service. I was very impressed with the personal service. I was a little upset that it took a little over a week to get my prescription filled. i understand they ship offsite, but it was still a little upsetting the service was excellent.
