The alternator to my Dodge ram truck was not charging right I was able to get a good used replacement that had a warrantee comparable to the parts houses

this yard is a brutal joke , ordered a set a rims paid asap was told to see them in a week . call back in a week to find out the tracking number and am told rims never got shipped cause they where damaged . okay so the guy tells me he didn't contact me cause he didn't have my number or email ..... lie . he had emailed me pics and called me during the process of the sale . on top of that he didn't seem to care that the part was damaged or that i have been waiting . so tells me he will refund my money its been a week now and no sign of any refund .. once i call he will probably tell me he didn't have my credit card number and my phone number to call me and refund me . This place is a joke , some miserable sales men who don't give a crap about their job or their company .

This place is pretty awesome. I'm working on a late Gen 2 Camaro Resto-mod and needed a new driver door and rear bumper. These guys (Scott and Tim in particular) were all over it. They provided great customer service as well as a healthy dose of knowledge about the vehicle. They have an impressive stock system and it's easy to see why others have given such good reviews of this place. I'll definitely provide continued business to these guys as well as highly recommend them to others.

I am a shop owner and when it comes to used parts I always use Butler. If they do not have a part (which is rare) they can usually have it shipped in within a couple of days. I have purchased over 10K worth of transmissions, engines, instrument clusters, etc.in the last 2 years with very few problems. I buy from them because I know that they stand behind the parts they sell.

I recently needed a transmission forr my pick-up. I called Butler's and found out there was like three different trannys for it. The guys at Butler's helped with the info to find out which one I needed. Then they gave me a great price and even helped me find a shop to change the transmissions for me.
