I had a complete Heating and Cooling system installed in Sept. 2020. Tony Sprouse was the lead service rep and he attended to our needs thoroughly. He gets 5 stars. The only hiccup for why the 4 star rating is that the original installer tech did not do it correctly. I had to call back with severe leakage problem in the unit inside the house. The resident trouble-shooter(5 stars) came out and saw the mess that had happened. He promised to correct it and he did. The initial installers(3 stars)came back out and did it right the second time but truthfully, when I saw them again, I was worried it wouldn't be corrected fully. Fortunately, it was and the unit is fine and I am well-satisfied but this should have never happened if it had been done correctly the first time.

It's my go to company for plumbing problems. Done right the first time, on time, all the time. A pleasure to rate at 5*.
