TFT i a mall computing hop tucked away on North Davi Hwy. It wa recommended by other big retail chain for pecialty need for my particular ca e. One day I entered the bu ine looking for hard to find crew for a laptop hard di k drive tray. I wa immediately help...moreed by their technician ( everal, actually... which i a good thing). A very nice man not only found the e ob cure crew , but gave them to me at no co t! (Don't go in there expecting handout though people lol). Thi i exactly what good cu tomer ervice i all about. However.... A econd problem aro e with my computing y tem, and after calling everyone in town, I headed down to TFT with the hope they would at lea t give my problem a hot. I wa flat out denied by a hort, eemingly bitter man (he' een in the yellowpage bu ine video looking helpful). Here' the catch: the problem wa with my PS3. Contrary to popular belief, Sony' PS3 i an actual computer. Look up the component online or crack one open for your elf, all the part in ide are either from laptop computer or de ktop computer . All I required wa a replacement cooling fan, the kind that are found in all computer and al o found all over TFT helve . TFT' brand upport li t include Sony, by the way. So, if you're ju t looking for a nice mom and pop type computer ervice and repair tore, you really can't go wrong, but don't expect anything extraordinary.view less
