Most insurance plans require a referral for visits to an emergency room or a specialist. Please call us before going to either of these. As your primary care physicians office, we can usually manage your child's illness; however, if a specialist or ER is needed we will be happy to coordinate the referral on your behalf. Under the supervision of Dr. Cooper, the nurses and medical assistants perform minor procedures such as immunizations, hearing and vision screenings, and lab work. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
In order to qualify for a video visit, the patient must have been seen in the office in the previous 12 months. All new patients and all well child visits will need to be seen in the office. Most Virtual Visits, especially medication monitoring for ADHD, anxiety, and depression, will require that surveys be completed prior to the actual visit.
