We have in the past used Smith Carpet and found the Smith Carpet co-owner - both to be intelligent , pleasant, and know what she is doing. I would not deal with any one else living in this area. The work they did was excellent and did work on the family home in Ptn. and great job also. Carol

I have been shopping around getting different quotes for my hallway stairs. I wanted to get the best deal. I brought my last quote to Smith's carpet to ask them if they had the same carpet and see what there list price and installation would be for it. (to see the difference between quotes) and hoping to give a family run business, MY business. ( Just getting an idea). Told her I was comparing around to other carpet places to see who has the best deal...,just checking things out She told me to leave. I said "excuse me" She said "goodbye" I said "I just have another.. She cuts me off "goodbye, you can leave" She says "you can go with the other carpet place" "goodbye" So unfriendly. Extremely rude! Didn't even give me the time of day.. Was trying to give them MY money for them to come do the job and they wanted nothing of it! Very very unfriendly place! Really ashamed this carpet place is in my neighborhood with the amount of disrespect she had for me! There is nothing wrong with comparing different carpet quotes to get the best price! They were much higher than another local place to! Mines well throw that in there since she treated me SOOO horrible! I definitely would not refer anyone to this carpet place! Please don't waste your time!
