Morris and Manya Jukel opened J & O Fabrics Center in Pennsauken, NJ in 1962. Manya was a woman of the 21st century who proved she could establish herself within a male dominated business world. Manya created this business with the loving support of her husband, Morris, who saw her as a woman destined for success. Morris and Manya were soon joined in J & O Fabrics by their son-in-law, Stan. He seamlessly blends the traditional family business values together with those need for a fast paced, growing, global business. Today, the family fabric traditions continue under the management of Stan and his son, Ryan. J & O Fabrics now has a state of the art website, jandofabrics.com, which has increased our share of the retail fabric market. Going online has expanded our presence from a local to an international level. The online version of our New Jersey-based fabric store at jandofabrics.com has become one of the most shopped fabrics sites on the web, not just because of the quality and variety of fabrics we sell, but also because of the care we take with each and every customer. We strongly feel that our presence in the textile industry and our capability for further growth are unparalleled.

I love this store!
I love this store! It's unique among the fabric wholesalers in the heart of NJ. The store is clean, well-lit and organized, the fabrics are labeled with prices, and they have some beautiful natural-fiber fabrics at very affordable prices. I've found some gorgeous linens at $3 a yard and beautiful silk prints at 55 a yard, just to give a couple examples. The owner is a sweet, friendly woman who knows her fabric. It's a smaller store, but definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this fabric store. It has a great deal on their tropical fabrics. I decided to throw a luau for my brother this past spring, and didn't know where to go. Thank God I found this store on the internet. I then decided to go and check out the store for myself. I was really happy to what I bought!

The area of the store is very big and they have different kinds of options for what you are looking for especially for fabrics. Their store is also very clean and well-organized. Additionally, the person I dealt with last time was a very cool guy and very friendly and gave me a great deal. So Overall, I am very satisfied and happy with my purchase.

Their staff are very helpful, friendly and resourceful Alan the owner will have what you are looking for. IF he doesn't he will source it for you. His staff is friendly as well. Easy and affordable parking nearby too. They also have the best fur `fabrics available.

The owner is rude and abusive
I went to the store for the first and last time. Yes, they have tons of fabrics, however I walked out due to the rude owner. Here's what happened. I asked for some guidance on what kind of fabric might be best for dining room chairs, and one of the sales girls pointed me to the wall at the far right. I found a nice fabric. The price was listed but I wanted to know what kind of fiber it was, so I asked for assistance. The salesgirl said, "Let me get the expert", and indicated that he was the owner. I asked the owner what kind of fabric I was holding and he brushed off my question in a condesending way and said "It's ALL upholstery fabric!" I asked for specifics, (i.e. is it washable, dry-clean-only, etc.) He repeated' It's UPHOLSTERY, it's dry clean only!" Then he added" If you spill something, you can clean it up." Huh??? I asked if I could buy a swatch since it was $24.98 per yard. He looked at me like I was crazy and said, "No. You can't have a swatch. This will probably be gone tommorrow. Either take it or it will be gone." Then he walked away. Before I left, I asked the salesgirl if you could buy swatches and she said "Sure. You can have a swatch of anything." "What the freak!!" I'm not going back to this place again. I understand the owner is busy but there's no reason to lie to a customer.
