        I have to say that my experience with State8, especially working with Sangee, couldn't have gone smoother. I bought a 2013 Road Glide Ultra from him. Very nice guy to work with... He actually got me a better deal then I even expected... wow. Hard to find that these day... I live over a 100 miles away, but couldn't have felt any better if I lived next door...         Took my bike in to get the oil changed on saturday and dicided to hi ave the differential, clutch, and brake fluids changed and here i am 2 weeks later still waiting to get it back. I called up 5 days ago and they said your bike is on the lift now getting serviced, and now when i call to see if it is done they tell me "no its not done yet the tech working on it went home sick". So here i am still waiting. I will never be coming back here again, their service SUCKS. From now on im taking my business elseware and if you read thisbi suggest you do the same if you want to get your bike back before the season is over

        Terrible Service

        I had a 06 Gsxr 600 one day it wouldn't start all the sudden, the starter and everything were clicking still. I took it to state 8 and they seemed to diagnose it pretty quickly about 30 mins but it was a lie. I went up there and they told me my motor was blowin they quoted me 3,000 dollars to fix it and the were very slim about there explanation and very short with describing how it happend so I knew something was up. Well I took it to this one place on brookpark. They went to get it start it and state 8 stole the battery never put it back in. They the guy hooked up a spare battery and it started right up. Then there was no oil left in the bike, also they switched around all my fuses so it looked like my stuff didn't work. Well all I needed in the end was a stator the motor was never blowin. All state 8 service department is, is 18 year olds outta school that get paid compassion from the Job they do. Hope this helped
