Wish we could give them zero stars! My family bought a "brand new" pop up camper this year. Since they have gotten it NUMEROUS things have gone wrong. We've had it "fixed" once by them and needless to say more things came up broken/not working after the "repairs" were done. They are slow to return calls and so far as we are concerned we will never recommend them to anyone! I paid $800 for a worthless warranty. And another $500 for me to clean and santitize it myself! signed paper work on March 12 and told today my warranty expired April 12. Vehicle not delivered till April 24! PAid $500 for in and out cleaning, found crackers, used toothbrushes, dirty socks and spilled beverages in the fridge. Don't waste your money on any extras because now that there is a problem with my air conditioner all of sudden my warranty was only good in their lot!Share Review
Not sure why all the bad reviews...just purchase a Toy Hauler this past week from them. Our sales person Tom Morrison was GREAT! Could not ask for a better person to help us with the different options available. We had been to 7 other RV dealers and was most impressed by the sales service we received and price. Now the only possible negative comment we could have was with service..the day and time we scheduled to pick up our camper they were extremely busy and our camper was not cl...view moreose to being done when we arrived. My husband had to go back to service manager I believe 4 different times on things that should have been completed but were not before we pulled camper out. This place has a GM that lies and a service department that is incompetent. The service department created a very unsafe propane condition when working on my camper, didn't fix two of the issues they were supposed to, and did not provide any documentation for any work performed. Do not purchase from them, and please for your safety, don't let the service department perform any work on your camper...Share Review
Mr and Mr White are not protraying correctly the events that occured after they purchased their fifth whell from us. it is by their own doing that they write this review. while repairing some issues with their new camper (which is custominary) due to thier need of retrieving their fifth wheel while we had the under belly removed and the lp lines exposed, they picked it up against our judgement. It was their decision , they had made plans that where paid for and they were to meet up with other folks camping and instead of cancelling their trip they choose to go forward, so needless to say the camper wasnt in the best condition . we offered several times for them to bring it back for the completion and instead they went to another dealership that was closer to them. we went to the BBB for them as well as the aAttorney General and both cases where dismissed. It is unfortunate they need to spend so much time writing these reviews, We wish them and their family the best and we would be more then happy to open up our service department to them for any repairs they need.
AVOID these thieves; they will sell you junk then not honor their agreements nor even their expensive extended warranties. You will NEVER be able to talk them into repairing anything no matter how much you spend.Share Review

It is unfortunate that the Whites are unhappy with the service and product they received from us. We tried to fix their problem but during the repairs they decided to take their Fifth Wheel out of service department and would not return it for the completed repairs. The Whites went all the way up to the State of Ohio Attorney General and he threw their case out stating "without Merit" and cleared Kamper City from any Liability.
This place has the WORST employees ever beginning with PAUL who is the laziest and most over paid human I have ever met. He needs a PR class and although he could not help me he let me know in the most degrating way that it was nice to "see me" even though his host of circus clowns could not help me. Paul- you are a pig and I hope that someone of note reads this because to bring a female in just to see what they look like is really bad business. Bonnie I do apologize that you had this experience at Kamper City, Although we try to make each customer happy and part of our Business family, It is clear we dropped the ball here. On Behalf of the Owner and myself and the entire team here at Kamper City We Apologize. Paul is not longer with us and our #1 goal is customer satification.
The sales experience is miserable here. It's like buying a used car. They give you their worst offer first then you have to exchange 5-6 offers until they get to their best price. Even that was $2,000 more than the identical unit at another dealership. Consumers please shop around and make sure you are getting a fair deal. I haven't had good experiences with their service department either.Share Review
It is unfortunate that this person feels this way. All of our prices are clearly mark on every unit that is displayed on our lot inside the traielr. furthermore the vehicle is clearly advertise with the same price on our website. There should not be a 5-6 offer we are not a car dealership and if you would like to see All of our prices and fees if associated with the purchase is clearly discussed upfront aso that there are no surprises. I bought a Pop Up Camper in 2011. Also purchased Extended Warranty Coverage. I paid $960.00 for that. Now I want to cancel the coverage. I wrote 2 letters, no answer. Are they hiding??Share Review
Do we are not hiding anything, The extended service contract is provided with an outside company, we offer the protection as a service. If any letters are submitted to us, we then in turn request on the behalf of our customer for their full refund. These service contract company doe unfortunately take their time refunding. sorry for the delay and hope that you did indeed get your refund, if not contact me directly Ask for the General Manager and I will get it done!
