Les Schwab Tires

Last winter I purchased a set of studded tires from this location. The service was prompt and efficient, the prices were very good and the location was clean.



Yesterday I was helping out a stranded motorist I met out on Emigrant Road. He had a flat and his spare was flat. I offered to drive him and his spare into town to get it fixed at this Les Schwab location. Unfortunately the spare had a puncture in the sidewall and couldn't be fixed. The stranded motorist didn't have enough cash to buy a new tire, so the technician found a very good used tire to replace it, and charged him the bare minimum. There was no fuss, and no haggling, just prompt service with a smile.

Absolute WORSE service. So much for their friendly commercials.... Total lies. We are not from the area and we had a flat tire on our way camping. When my husband got to a location that he had reception and called he was first told that there would be a $300 fee to come out and fix our tire and that he HAD to sell us a full set of tires. But then right away he changed his mind and said "no we cannot do it". In the meantime my 5 kids, dog, and myself we left alone on a gravel road (no cell service) while my husband found someone to help us. We were in our car for over 3hrs while he was gone looking for a tire. When we finally arrived to our campsite the manager told us that the guy from Les Swab called back and said he'd now do it for a $400 fee!!! This was a terrible experience and I would never recommend you to anyone I know. I hope you can work on your so called customer service.
