As this clinic is in a hospital, it is extremely difficult to find. Don't expect to be able to get through on the phone, you can expect busy signals or waiting on hold. Do not expect to be seen within a reasonable time of arriving (I think I waited 2 hours or at least an hour and 30 min). Do not expect someone to call you back to give you your results (its been over a year and I have not heard a word from this office. Do not expect this office to be able to email or fax a prescriptions. Perhaps your experience will be or has been better as for me, I will never consider returning to this clinic without an apology and a plan on how they will do better.
