        Hollywood Baby Never Had It So Good!

        This Pollo Tropical has one of the best kept secret locations in all of Broward County. It's kind of tucked away but has all of the flavor and menu items Pollo Tropical is famous for! Get your mojo on here and don't forget to order the Tropical Trios - you pick three things like chicken, ribs and roast pork - and black beans & rice for 7.99

        Very Rude Customer Service, Will not recommend to any friends or family

        I have visited several Pollo Tropical in the Broward and Dada County. This have been the worst, humiliating experience my husband and I have to encounter. We were treated with disrespect as well as no concern to other customer present. I have no intention of returning to this particular branch no time in the future. I may venture to others with caution.
