Florida Blue---Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida

they are an absolutely horrible insurance company, my husband and i have been customers for 15 years, and he was in a aweful accident and will never be able able to walk without unbarrable pain ever again, he was given medications by his doctor and submitted them to the insurance company that way they could be mailed to our home vs. someone having to go to the pharmacy for him every month, after a week of them recieving them, they never tried to contact him once, so he called and they told him that they were not filling his pain medication because of a "judgement call" the pharmacist made, with them having records of every injury he has, knowing hes suffering and will not be able to have anything close to a normal life without these, yes he can go to a pharmacy when he recieves them back though the mail, but he is charged $500.00 a month because of all his injuries, they want there money, but they are refusing to do the simplest thing to make life a little easier for him. I would not recommend ANYONE use bcbs...they are over priced and when push comes to shove they obviously do not care about the well being over there clients.
