Above The Clouds

Not honorable, will never use again and had them for years, in August went to a birthday dinner in Scituate and back, Price was an hour extra so I called Sean, he said he would send me back $79 and never did, have called several times without the courtesy of a reply. Family and friends will not use this service anymore

The short of my review is simple. Above the clouds is not a trustworthy company. They were hired to take my mother to a concert and bring her home all expenses paid by me(her son). The whole trip wad paid from rental to parking cost to tip.Allset to have a hastle free evening. Now not knowing the specifics of her allinclusive night the driver Lenny hits her up for an extra40.00 bucks to park. So she pays him. Noq when this gets discovered, by me not them. I inquire about it, again and again and again trying to reach Sean with no evale. Finally I reach his bbrother who tells me this will be resolved no problem. Now we are talking $40. Not a big deal right.....? Now it has been 7 months. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau wich put a mark against them for the next three years. ( and they do investigate). These people are petty thieves and never to be recomended in the little town of Pembroke again. May I never lay eyes on you........

i give two thumbs up . very nice to talk to on the phone when i had calld for priceing on renting a limo for my fieonce and her freind to go to a concert at the comcast center . the driver Paul did and outstainding job was very kind and curtious . if i had more than two thumbs they all would be up . i am getting married in may 2011 and we plan on useing above the clouds on the big day and would realy hope to have Paul as a driver on that day . thank you .
