Massage Heights

I have been getting massages at this location for many months. My favorite therapist is Johnny.

Booked an appt. for my Birthday and confirmed rate twice before booking. I was offered free hot stone for my birthday. Two hours before my appt., I received a call and informed me that my rate would be doubled because they made a mistake. I was put on hold three times and talked to three unprofessional , disrespectful persons and was told-- "You can either cancel your appt. or you have to pay doubled rate". After two hours, I was put on hold three times, finally Ms. Morgan ( who claimed she is the manager, refused to give me her last name) got on the phone and she was even worse, she gave me final decision that I could cancel due to their mistake or I had to pay doubled rate. There were absolutely nothing she could do . She refused to give me her supervisor's name or contact info either. My BD plan was totally ruined just because their mistake. I was so frustrated that my blood pressure went up and almost went to ER.
DO NOT go to this location unless you want to get stressed

I have a hectic work schedule which involves travelling at a moment's notice for long periods of time. I moved to the downtown area and began using the Midtown branch. I tried cancelling multiple times and I got the run around every time, i.e. I had to physically go to this branch to cancel, I would be receiving a call from a "cancelling agent" which never once happened, and so on...I just recently went to this branch and cancelled my membership and asked if I could get some of my paid sessions back. I asked for them in gift cards, if I could have my paid sessions rated at the non-member full price to cut down the sessions so they would still make money. I asked to speak to the manager, but she was "on the phone and could not talk to me and she will call me within the hour". That phone call never happened. The front desk people are great, along with the massage therapists, but the management and the business is terrible.

I will make an appointment soon. It will be with DeAnne she told me about this place today. While she was working for my sister. For our thanksgiving party we all got chair massage from her. She is awesome.

Deanne is the best, helped my legs and arms feel so much better.

I couldn't get my regular guy to do my massage and ended up going to DeAnne and she was amazing! Fixed all my problems in one visit. For sure going to her from now on, sorry other guy. :(

I lucked out. My appointment was with the wrong person. But I said I'll see how it goes. She was great. Her name is De anne, and she really helped me out. My back and legs feel much better. And she even gave me a coworkers name to see next time if she is not available. She really cares and is such a nice person

I have been a few times to this location. Nice each time. But my favorite is Deanne. She just finds all my kinks and fixes me up. The other ones are good too. But she is the best for my messed up hip and my wonky back

I had been having really horrible headaches that would cause me to go to the doctor every week, Johnny fixed it within 3 visits by spending whole hour on neck and head, amazing method!!!! It works.

Such a pretty place. I saw De anne my low back feels great now. This is a great place.

I LOVE this place! You feel totally relaxed and pampered during the treatment. Try it for yourself and you'll be hooked. Johnny is the massage therapist I have been looking for in Houston for many years.

A real nice place. The staff is all nice. I rec. Deanne she is really good with my back. It was so bad I had pain in my arms from it and sometimes I can't feel my fingers. But she fixed it.

I love this place. Everyone is nice its really clean. Good price. Deanne is my favorite great for relaxation or deep and great hot stones.
