        This store had our flooring we needed to finish up our office & our first experience with this store was last wk.! the prices ran differant from our local one & the manager still help us out (Blessing) the young men that work there Chris C. & Ashton R. loaded us up without a negative word! and they even put in a good word for to boot! I gave the flooring department (5) stars!

        I agree, horrible staff. Managers as well. tried to purchase a refrigerator June of 2013. took to long to come in and didn't deliver when they said they would. Came in damaged. extra 4 weeks to replace a door, which they never did and finally discounted the refrigerator to off set the damage, I bought a upright freezer, washer and dryer around the same time and purchased the extended warranty. this purchase was so tramatic, that I forgot to purchase the extended warranty. Guess what, that refrigerator is not leaking at the icemaker and there is no warranty. worse place ever to go. will have to start looking for other options for my purchases, Home Depot, Sam's, Sears, etc.
