We are a trucking company from the East Coast and have the need to rent some in the Mississippi area. The people at Jackson Truck & Trailer are very considerate and helpful. We will continue to use them when we are in the area for all of our trailer needs including reapirs.

Not often do you find a shop that will give you fair prices and it still be good quality work. This shop is on my speed dial for repairs in the Mississippi area!

The repairs were fast and ressonably priced. i would recommend this shop to anyone in need. The place was also very easy to find and get to. Right next door to a truck stop. They took good care of my equipment and I was only down a few hours.

The Service Manager was extremely nice. They handled the transaction over the phone with no gliches. The clerk who checked me out was very helpful and was willing to fax my bill so that I could take a look at it while my driver waited in a lounge area in comfort. I will send my truck in again if we need repairs anywhere in the area!

The personal service is what jumps out at me from this business! There are very few places that will really offer you friendly, personal service any more. Most places want to rush you in and rush you out and get your money. They helped my driver comunicate his problem and then took care of him while they reapired his unit.

I have rented trailers for years and I received the best service from Jackson Truck and Trailer of anyone I have worked with yet. Thank you to their sales team.
