Bought a Bernina 710 with extended warranty (BIG MISTAKE). Experienced uneven stitches and figured that the bobbin case was the source. They inspected it and declared it ok. Still has problems, so I brought the machine in for servicing already paid for with extended warranty. The same person who willingly sold the machine now said there would be a service charge! But lucky me I would only have to pay half price ($50). Funny, the extended warranty changed now the they already had the money. At pick up today my luck kept on giving....they charged 100!!!! My only choice was to pay or forfeit my new machine.
Oh yes, guess which part they diagnosed as the problem.....the bobbin case
