This business gives you the illusion that you can allow your kids to play without worry of child abduction. NOT TRUE! The stamp policy they use to match kids and parents is seriously flawed. I found this out when a friend who arrived 30mins after we did was allowed to leave out with my daughter. When I questioned the employee about allowing my daughter to leave with somebody else she told me "they had the same stamp". No apology given because this is not a mistake. This is just how their system works. Watch your kids.

Pearl City 24 Hour Locksmith intalled security gates on the outside of our windows on our condo. They did a SUPERB job. They came out to take careful measurements, and arrived promptly in the appointment window as promised. They were meticulous, explaining our options and the process, and they kept us updated every step of the way. When the gates arrived from the manufacturer and were the wrong color, they notified me immediately and returned them for a quick correction. The installation was done professionally and quickly. The two installers paid close attention to small details, like sweeping the masonry dust that accumulated from the drilling from our window ledges. I HIGHLY recommend Pearl City 24 Hour Locksmith for any project!
