My husband and I went to the Sears Outlet Store to purchase a specific item. We were greeted within 10 seconds of entering the showroom. Associate Trent Takaoka offered assistance. Trent took the time to listen to what we wanted. He showed us what was available on the floor then checked the stock on the computer. He found what we wanted and we made the purchase. Trent was mindful to what we wanted. He was quick, efficient and eager to please. Wow, what service!! As we were leaving I asked about a stove and oven unit. Trent took the time to provide valuable product information that was very helpful in making our decision on what to buy to replace our existing unit. I’m absolutely coming back to see Trent when its time to replace my cooking range!
