Mr. Fuji Steakhouse & Sushi

We went for our anniversary tonight on a friends recommendation.Excellent habachi experience. Lots of food and fair price. Of the other hibachi grills we've been to in Fayette County, this is by far the best.

While we've visited before and really enjoyed....chef was nice and service was very good...this time a little scary. Ate at the sushi bar....rice was dry, salmon slimy, other fish had odors....too hungry and ate....price was steep for 18 pieces....$85 w/ tip for 3 ppl.

may give another try next trip....

Went to Mr. Fuji for dinner, and opted for the hibachi grill experience. The restaurant is fairly small for a Japanese Steakhouse, with lots of families dining. The food was good, but not overwhelmingly great. We felt like the chef rushed through his show, and only gave a little personalized attention to the 6 year old at the table. No surprises with his routine, and it left us a little underwhelmed.
