Tri-City Taxi

Almost every (day- wkday and wkends) driver has been great, if they are not outright friendly/chatty they at least say Hi & let you be to play on your phone or read for rest of the ride. Kevin (driver) is my absolute favorite, super nice. Makes a point to know your name and remember stuff about you to bring up the next time. I usually bring my 4yo daughter and he chats with her too! She loves riding the taxi lol ONLY complaint is the dispatcher (the man that anwers during the days, the woman is always very nice and friendly) is RUDE as all get out. Cuts you off mid sentence, heavily sighs if you are taking "too long", even when you hear him on the taxi radios he sounds like a smartass grump. But you get used to it and him, theres always one in every crowd! Would definitely recommend if you need quick & relaible transportation and dont have access to Uber.

Horrific experience. Left me hanging - never showed - called to ask status - rude responses - after 35 minutes still hadn't dispatced a vehicle to my location. Too much attitude and non performance for me.

Tri-City Taxi is definetly one of the best cab companies on the north shore! I've been using this company for over 3 years and have never had one problem with the cab or the service. The drivers are always nice and friendly to the costumers and the dispatcher is always ready to send a cab your way! Great Experience!
