We enjoy cool summers and mild winters at an elevation of 5,000 feet with all the big city amenities in nearby Payson. Many Star Vale residents live here year-round. They like the serenity of our setting, the fresh smog-free air, the laid back unhurried pace and the friendly neighbors. Best of all, living is affordable in this appealing 55+ manufactured housing land-lease community. Our Manager, Bobbie Scott, is usually available on Fridays.
