Mason Tire & Auto Service

Our landscaping business has 10 work trucks that we take to Mason Tire & Auto Service. Mostly, we take them to the Pawleys Island branch, but we take them to the branch on Mr. Joe White Avenue when we are in that area. We have always had very honest, prompt and friendly service with this company. Many times their employees have offered us suggestions about different ways to repair a truck in a way that will save us money. Also, they have told us when to stop throwing good money after a bad work truck. These are qualities that we appreciate very, very much. When you have as many different trucks as we have, it costs a lot of money and several hours of down time if a truck breaks down. We depend on Mason Tire to keep them working right and to do it within a reasonable budget. We have never been disappointed by the service or the work at Mason Tire & Auto Service.

My husband and I have used them, for years. Not only do they do outstanding work, they are extremely honest. I had accidentally left a small jewel box in the car, when I dropped it off for service. It had several pairs of earrings, worth a few thousand dollars in it. When I picked up my car, I opened my glove box and saw the jewel box. Everything was safe and sound!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We had a flat tire, so my husband brought our car to Mason's Goodyear. We were on vacation. They couldn't plug the tire since it was punctured on the side. My husband got quote for 2 tires and called me. The sales person told him it would be $221, and we agreed to get them. We decided to get an alignment as well. After they finished the work, my husband was handed the bill for $425. The tires jumped to $282 and that didn't include tax or labor in the original quote! I highly recommend NOT going here. If you do, get it in writing!
