I spent thousands of dollars to install an air conditioning and heating system in my condo, and the very next summer, the air conditioning broke.
Since I paid for a 10 year warranty (I trusted them), I figured I'd deal with a few days of heat, but that Mike Aziz would stand by his word and at least come take a look. But, much to my shock, Mike first completely refused to return any of my calls. When I finally got through, Mike yelled at me, claimed that I owed him some $200, and that he would not even come to take a look at the unit. When asked what it was for, he made up some reason--saying it was for repair (which was covered by warranty). He has completely refused to stand by his warranty, and then after yelling at me, he hung up the phone. This is what an $8000 repair with warranty gets you.
Please, please, take your business elsewhere. This is a shady business with no customer service. Once you part with your money, you are done for.
