Paterson Discount Furniture

I gave 5 stars to for my review to be shown.. this place is awful. We bought something and were told to pick up within 5 days. When the time came we called but the item was not there. Were told to call back then again the item was not there. We asked for our money back but were declined. We went at last to get the money even when our request was declined and got the item that finally arrived (to stay in peace) then came home and found out the wood had some small perforations like if done with a knife. What a scam!! The worse two weeks.. never buying there again.

I paid for brand new Matress Sets, bed room furniture and couches. What they delivered were bed bug infested mattresses, bed room sets with roaches inside and couches that were covered in rat droppings and rat pee. I called to complain and was hung up on! Bunch of unscrupulous thieves! Buyer beware stay away!

Buyer beware!!!! This terrible place stole $700 from me and never delivered my couch!!!! They faked my signature saying I accepted this couch just so they could keep my $700!!! I am now taking court action against PATERSON DISCOUNT FURNITURE!!!! They are scam artists and thieves!!!

This was my worst experience ever. I would not recommend going to this store. First I purchase a matress. They delivered the wrong matress. Which they were very good at exchanging. So I decided to get a more a expensive one which was $30 more.when the matress came it was like 8:15pm so I did not inspect the matress. When I got home that night I discovered the matress had bed bugs. At this point I was livid I wanted my money Back. I called the store the following day and let them no what I discovered. They told me that I was a lier and I could call the cops or complain. Never in my life have I received bad customer servicelike this. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. This store is located right across the jail. Take my advice and don't buy from this store. ****BEWARE****
