Provided by SuperpagesBe aware! The fist time I got a cake I saw a customer not getting her cake because the bakery gave it to someone else. It happened to me the next time I order a cake. They told me they gave my order to someone else by mistake. And couldn't do anything. Simple as that. They didn't provided any kind of customer service: they didn't care at all.

I ordered a cake for a baby shower. I go to pick it up the lady looks at the cake and runs in the back. She then tells me it's missing an its a boy sign. Later she tells the colors are wrong the designs are wrong. She tells me to come back in 20 to 40 mins. I tell them the shower starts in an hour. They admitted it was there mistake. When I asked the owners daughter for a discount she chuckled. Horrible customer service. Cake was nothing I asked for. Sloppy work and filled with poor excuse for humans. excuse the language but that is what they are.GENSIS in Paterson is wayyy better 9735234212. Never again with grinis. Stay away unprofessional and don't take direction.

Provided by SuperpagesI love Griny's cakes. And is sad that now I moved way to far from them. I really miss the delicious Dominican cake they made. Every time I ordered a cake, that cake did not last for the next day,because everybody will ask for more. Now I live in Arizona and I would like to know if they can deliver a cake to my new address, that will be awesome and made me extremely happy!!!!! Thank you Griny's keep doing the wood work and you will be in the business for a long time. Happy New Year!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI have to admit it, hands down the Best Dominican Cake I've had ! I've had Dominican cake in various bakeries in New York and New Jersey and this is the best in my opinion, large selection of styles and a very friendly staff, will definitely go back to again !
