Esta compañía es bien responsable a las personas que dicen que le faltan cosas son personas que tienen familiares que le sacan las cosas para que se la manden de nuevo yo se la recomiendo si usted necesita eficiencia y calidad mande sus envíos por estrella c. Cargo express

Esta jente son unos ireponsable mi esposo y toda la familia y amigos teniamos mucha confianza a esta empresa y haces unas semana mandamos dos cajas y una de la caja la destaparon y le sasacaron todos lo tenis y nuevo q mando y otras cosas ma y el dueño no hizo nada y en diciembre se cojieron un saco de arroz de 50 libra y nos cansamos de llamar y desian q iban a llevar el arroz y nunca apareció .hay jente q manda sus pertenecia y sus ropas en una caja para no cargar maleta y viene un tiguere del esos q contrastan y A acerca su diciembre con el sudor de otro. Deberían de tener mas cuidado a quien ponen en su negocio y no estar acusando a jente seria de la fechorías q cometen sus empleado

Wao la verdas que esta compañía manda en aviones la mercancía todo llega d una vez. Los más fuerte en embarque. Sigan así no se dañen

Irresponsible. ETA was 3 weeks which is fine. When packages arrive to Dominican Republic, I recieve a phone call on a wednesday saying that they will arrive Thursday afternoon. Thursday I missed class to wait for the driver to arrive with my packages and they did not arrive. There was no call, no email, or any notifications saying that they were not going to arrive on Thursday. On Friday I waited for them to arrive and again, nothing. no calls to let me know they were not coming. Today is Saturday and these people call at almost 5 pm to let me know they are on thier way but say that we owe 50 dollars when the bill was paid in full when the package was shipped. It is now 7pm and the driver has not arrived. There is no contact information for the driver and the offices are closed. This is the most UNORGANIZED and IRRESPONSIBLE shipping company I have ever worked with and I doubt I will ever invest my time and money with these people ever again.
