Fredco Group, LLC is a fully licensed, insured and bonded family-run business since 1979 that specializes in contracting, landscaping, golf course construction, and sport surfaces installation. We excel in the following 4 phases of construction and have worked throughout the USA: Fredco Contracting specializes in new construction and complete renovations including project management for residential and commercial buildings. Fredco Contracting is a licensed construction firm doing municipal bonded projects as well. We handle any job, from simple additions to historic restorations. We specialize in all aspects of masonry including large concrete pours for sidewalks, pored foundations, slabs and curbs as well as setting and finishing modular homes. We employ all trades in house to control the project schedule and eliminate the chance of delays from sub contractors. Fredco Contracting has been doing site developing in the tri state for over 25 years. Fredco Landscaping, LLC is a complete landscape firm specializing in unique landscape designs, waterfalls and ponds, stonework and commercial/residential grounds maintenance. From the initial design to the final product, we can handle it all. Our in-house landscape architects create master plans for clients while our skilled craftsmen turn the plans into reality. Fredco Landscaping, LLC currently is a member of the NJLCA New Jersey Landscape Contractors Association, Building Trades Association, ICPI Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute and SIMA Snow and Ice Management Association. Fredco Landscaping, LLC has won 4 awards from Anchor Concrete Products and has at least 2 pictures featured in the 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 nationally distributed paving stone brochure. Fredco Golf specializes in course renovation, tees, greens, bunkers, grading, drainage, stone bridges, pavers, sod, hydroseed and irrigation. Fredco Golf is a member of the Superintendents Association of New Jersey and of America. Fredco Golf has worked for many different golf course architects on many different private golf courses around the country bringing their vision into reality with our highly skilled shapers on staff. Fredco Sports specializes in complete athletic field construction including installing synthetic turf with the latest sewing technologies. We handle all aspects of field construction including bleachers and lights. We have installed our turf system all over the USA including Ford Motors Field in Beaumont, Texas. We are suppliers and installers of the highest quality sports flooring materials from Mondo and Limonta and Flex Court International.
