I used to like this store even when it was in the other location, fair price on tire. But recently I bought a motorcycle $150 Jacket that I wear only one time, and when I wanted to exchange it for a warmer one, I was told that they couldn't take it back because I had wore it. They could only give me $100 store credit for it. Very disappointed.
They may do the same for parts so just be aware! I won't be back.

I've had my bike worked on several times here and have always had top notch service.
Had them sell a bike for me and it was a totally different story. Long and short of it was it took them forevet to pay me. The owner, john, gave me the run around. Wouldn't show us the paperwork on the sale to prove what he got out of it. Simply gave us the min we said we would take. For all we know he sold it for more and pocketed the rest. You won't find a better shop but stay away from the sales department. Check out the complaints on yelp before doing business here.

I've been a long-time customer of yours Tom. People at metric counter were a pleasure to deal with. The little punk at the Harley counter needs an attitude adjustment. I didn't appreciate getting cussed at. On top of that, an hour for an oil change?? I believe I have made my last purchase here. This is no longer the only shop around.
