I'm someone without insurance, with a really bad set of teeth due to a childhood of never being taken to a dentist, but they've been extremely helpful in every way in terms of financing, as well as being overall friendly and welcoming

After being pretty badly taken advantage of by other dentists I've visited over the past year, it's really nice to finally find an office run by people that really care about the patient, and not just nickel and diming them, they've been extremely accommodating and understanding and I'm really grateful. It almost feels too good to be true sometimes.

This is by far the best dentist office I've been to in Houston. The office staff is wonderful - always cheerful and knew me by name by the second visit. My daughter had to transfer dentists 3 times before we came here due to fear and the dentists refusing to treat a fearful child. Dr. Jackson was very patient and kind and helped my daughter to be calm throughout a stressful treatment. Now, she loves going to the dentist. I ended up transfering my entire family to Dr. Jackson. She's also very good at working around some of the insurance hoops. Both of the hygenists are thorough, friendly, and gentle. I like the time they spend to teach my kids. The wait time is what really keeps me coming back. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes, even when the waiting area looks busy. Their appt scheduler gets an A+ in my book. Appts for 6 mo checkups tend to be made a while out, but emergencies are fit in quickly.
