My rating is not only due to the poor customer service, but largely because it's been actions of intentional poor service in a shared effort among several employees. Rude and racist like demeanors among several of the employees has been the experience. No customer should ever be subject to being ignored, intentionally overlooked, and made to wait while employees engage in bias chattering and indirect insults specific to a customers' race. Additionally, doing so in a manner that it's clear they don't care how obvious. This says a lot about the Turner's chain of stores. The values and ethics acceptable among the business's ownership, manager's, and caliber of service employees they choose to hire while disregarding if any possess such attitudes that don't belong in any business really. Unless you're white or Asian, you're not welcome in this chain of gun stores, and they don't seem to have a problem in making that clear through cooperative action among themselves. Current and potential customers that don't share those same unethical values, and know such poor ethics towards customers is wrong should consider taking their business elsewhere, just like they might consider doing if it was widely practiced by employees in another chain of business. It doesn't matter that it's a gun and sporting goods store, it's wrong for any business. I'll also point out that I'm not the first and only person who's reviewed and reported having similar experiences with some of the employees within Turner's chain of stores, as I've come across a few similar reviews elsewhere. Not every single employee has acted in such a manner as described, however the one's that have unfortunately spoil it for just a couple of them.
