LADIES FAIR WARNING!! ⚠ there is a lady that works here her name is Stephanie hendershot! I should have known by just wanking in the place to run back out! After I sat and told her exactly what I wanted and for her to ask me "do you trust me?" Right away I said "no" I just want done what I asked for..  All my friends were booked and I was looking to get my hair done asap I had talked to her before I came in about exactly what I wanted. I had blond and brown ombre when I walked into Z's I came out with black and purple patchy hair .. I didnt notice when I walked out because she had curled it and couldn't see how discolored and patchy it truly was. I wish I could post pictures of what I asked for.. what I asked for should not have been HARD AT ALL!!! I wanted to stick with the ombre concept .. But simply go over the brown I already had in my hair with a darker chocolate brown and the blond I wanted to go bright vibrant burgundy.. I was so in shock when she finished curling my hair and i seen it .. It looked nothing like what I asked for!
My hair is literally fried and a frizzy mess lots of product is going to have to be bought to fix the damage. 2 days before I went into the shop I had just gotten 10" cut from my hair so there was no excuse for this much damage done.. I'm literally so upset and embarrassed for people to see what my hair looks like now! .. I could have done a better job my self with a cheap box dye from Walmart!! I paid almost $90.. Initally she was trying to get me to pay $110 !! I could have had it done for $60 and it come out beautiful.. Or even $20 and had a friend do it at home.. My hair is one big frizzy black and purple blob! There is no way it can be fixed! ..

Attention ladies!! Do not see a lady named Stephanie herdershot that works tther!! For one she is a liar says she is the owner! She messed my friends hair up horribly I was so shocked to see what had been done when she came to see me in tears wanting me to fix what had been done! Stephanie should be responsible for correcting what she did at least refunding her money!. Seeing as I actually do hair for a living .. And do it well .. She should never be aloud to do hair!

Do not see Stephanie hendershot!! I repeat do not!! She is an unskilled " stylist" she should never be aloud to touch hair! Over charges and has absolutely no idea what she is doing!
