Horrible is an Understatement
I purchased a Groupon for a mani-pedi. When I first called to make an appointment, an adolescent girl picked up and could not explain clearly whether or not I even needed to make an appointment. The next day I called back, spoke to the same young girl again, I make an appointment for myself along with a friend to get a pedicure. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were lead to the upstairs nail salon. We waited for about 20 minutes before the started on my friend's pedicure. I was told to sit at a manicure table and soak my nails while I was waiting. This lasted about a half hour before someone (who I doubt was even licensed) started on my manicure. She tore up my cuticles with a dull clipper and did the worst paint job on my nails I have ever had. I think my 4 year old niece could have done better. After that was over, my pedicure began with scalding hot water. My feet were barely scrubbed, my nails and cuticles were not groomed, and the polish job was terrible. The polish was so old and goopy, it never even dried after 3 hours and I ended up removing it once I got home. I will NEVER go back and will be calling Groupon for a refund.
