No wonder almost every table was empty except one other on a recent Friday evening there. Theirs wings are 7 for $7! Know anywhere else in Parkville that a dozen wings are a hefty $12 ?Normaally when you go to a restaurant on a Frid night at 6:30 pm, don't you have to wait for a table?? Not here, because they have virtually no customers, the barmaid was actually the waitress because it was so slow.Seems the owner, Ira Levy, can't pay the hired help within a reasonable time, I have a friend who is still waiting 3 weeks later to get paid. AND there is even pending litigaton against Buffalo Wings, (AKA CAP Enteprises LLC) from the Parkville Shopping Center, case # 314905V you can look up the case here casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/inquiryDetail.jis?caseId=314905V&loc=68&detailLoc=MCCI?
On Feb 25, 2010 a formal complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau against Buffalo Wings and Beer, and it's owner, Ira Levy of Gaithersburg, Maryland .A place to be avoided - I worked there and have waited 3 weeks to get paid, every other day it's a new story. If they treat their hired help that badly, imagine what they think of their customers? Because I phoned several times to try to get thru the runaround the owner gave me, he called back, cussed me out and said he's not paying me.
New waitresses and barmaid's all the time, guess why? Now I have to take them to court to get paid. Don't you hate it when rich owners that make hundreds of thousands a year, hold out on paying someone minimum wage? It's disgraceful.?
