Vision Care Associates

Ordered glasses January 30, received a text that they were in on February 8, went to pick them up and the guy could not find them. He finally came out and said he couldn’t find them and that they were damaged when they came in and had to be sent back. I was bummed but said ok and left. Then I called to see if they were in on February 15 and was told the same story. I asked if they came in a second time damaged. The lady wasn’t sure and said she’d have someone call me, but I never received a call back. I then called again on February 18th & still received same damaged frame story. I told the lady that I have been told that story since February 8 and that they’ve had plenty of time to reorder them and Correct the issue. She said she would have someone call me and discuss with me. Again no call back 😡 by this time I feel I have been more than patient. I Called again February 19 and told them I wanted a refund because I have never worn glasses before so it’s not like I have an old pair to use until they figure this problem out. I paid them 400.00 for these frames and they told me that I needed to contact Davis vision for a refund. I didn’t pay Davis vision, I paid vision care so they should make me a priority as a customer and get this issue solved or give me a refund so I can go somewhere else that cares enough about customer satisfaction and to get the glasses that I need! Called on 2/20 and spoke to a manager and They still insist that I have to do all the leg work in getting the refund or getting my glasses!! Wow!! What a poor way to do business. No loyalty to their customers!!

Dr Lauer is so nice and always very interested in you. He puts all of his time and effort into his patients and I highly recommend him!

I was having some problems with my vision and after going through some eye testing my old eye doctor diagnosed me and gave me my first pair of glasses. I continued to have issues with my vision so i decided to give Vision Care a try. After more eye tests I purchased a new pair of glasses based on Dr. Jackson's recommendation and have not had a problem since. Great group of people!
